Does anyone follow @dailydougie? He’s one of my favorite doggos on the ‘gram. Every Friday his owners do a #fridaymomentofzen post, so here’s my own little Friday moment of zen.
This is also a friendly reminder to BREATHE. As soon as you start feeling anxious or upset or super exhausted from whatever it may be (perhaps holding an uncomfortable pose for too long, etc.), just come back to your breath to reground yourself. It is amazing how impactful your breath can be.
I like to practice a simple 4x4 to center myself (breathe in 4 counts, breathe out 4 counts).
