✨CBD✨finally talking about one of the questions I get more often: does it really work?.
As you might know, CBD comes from cannabis or hemp ( and NO, it doesn’t get you high, we will leave that job to THC). It is known to help with chronic pain, anxiety and many more awesome things...but this is how and why I use it:.
✨For sleep: I take my CBD before sleep. You might not see immediate effects, but if you keep it consistent you will notice how you will rest better at night. I used to wake up a lot during the night, and since taking this oil I have noticed a difference. If you have trouble falling asleep it’s worth the try!.
✨For menstrual cramps: so wait, am I telling you that you can treat that horrible pain you get once a month in a natural way? Yep, that’s exactly right. As in any natural remedy, the effect might not be as strong as taking an Ibuprofen or Advil. But it works. It will reduce the pain and isn’t that better than taking chemicals that are actually damaging your body? For all my ladies out there, I encourage you to try it. It’s made wonders for me.
✨ For gut health: one product will not solve your gut health, but CBD definitely helps. It has great anti inflammatory properties, so if your tummy is feeling that heavy meal you just ate taking a dose of CBD will be lifesaving. It is also known to help heal IBS and leaky gut.
As with everything, not all brands and products are the best. I use @evohemp, because their CBD is clean, eco-friendly, really affordable and I love their company mission. I bet there are other good brands out there, but always read the ingredients in case they are trying to sneak in some unnecessary things in your tincture.
