PART 2 OF FRIDAY’S LEG DAY 🍑💪🏼❤️🤗 As many of you know, this is my favorite day! However, I trained a bit lighter than usual because my glutes were still sore from Wednesday’s leg day! I train my legs and glutes 3 times a week!
1️⃣ GLUTE ACTIVATION 30 secs each exercise 3 sets (PREVIOUS POST)
2️⃣ AB ACTIVATION 30 secs each exercise 3 sets (PREVIOUS POST)
3️⃣ SINGLE LEG PRESS 136 lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets
4️⃣ ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGE 75lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets
5️⃣ BARBELL SQUATS WITH RESISTANCE 95lbs with medium resistance 8 reps 4 sets
6️⃣ DEADLIFT 70lbs 12 reps 4 sets
7️⃣ HAMSTRING CURLS 80-70lbs 12 reps 4 sets

I trying to work on my sumo pull 😯 but I conclude that I'm really weak 😢

Sunday Gym Sessions. Today was a bit of a though one for me because I usually lift twice as heavy as this. Due to a wrist injury about 3 weeks ago which still hasn't healed I had to drop down in weight. If you've had injuries whilst training it is important that you drop down the weights and not aggravate the injury. Once youre back to feeling your sexy strong self, well there are no excuses then ;)
