Manual therapy can be used to improve movement quality but it will never replace good quality movement.
Swipe First Workout in two weeks, no food in the system and little sleep but still managed to get through it. Best way to train for explosiveness is boxed squats supersetted with box jumps half your height or more. In between exercises took a nice sprint to the 9th floor to burnout the legs, try it on your next leg day and let me know how it goes. @andrew_kinsman

SINGLE LEG PRESS 136 lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets
ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGE 75lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets
BARBELL SQUATS WITH RESISTANCE 95lbs with medium resistance 8 reps 4 sets
DEADLIFT 70lbs 12 reps 4 sets
HAMSTRING CURLS 80-70lbs 12 reps 4 sets
ALTERNATING SINGLE LEG PRESS 40lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets
SINGLE LEG PUSH DOWN 120lbs 8 reps on each leg 4 sets

I trying to work on my sumo pull but I conclude that I'm really weak
Today, for my deficit Pull, my Max 3RM with good form was 275 lbs. I start to round my back with higher weight because my legs are not strong enough to get out of the floor. I think that my quads and glutes need more attention.
What's you're favourite excersice to do at the gym? Mine is obvious ... I love ARM day. Let me know what you guys love to do and hopefully I can pick up a few tips and tricks :)

When you’re on holiday you just have to embrace the extra few kilos. I don’t care what people say but life is way too short not to eat carbs, especially on holiday !!!! You don’t want to look back and and regret that potato salad you left behind on your plate

Today was cake day. I guess sometimes you just have to get cake and eat it too. Just means you’re a slave to the gym the next day
Sunday Gym Sessions. Today was a bit of a though one for me because I usually lift twice as heavy as this. Due to a wrist injury about 3 weeks ago which still hasn't healed I had to drop down in weight. If you've had injuries whilst training it is important that you drop down the weights and not aggravate the injury. Once youre back to feeling your sexy strong self, well there are no excuses then ;)
