having such an incredible holiday but can’t waaaait to get back into my gym routine and @strengthcoachcardiff ‘s awesome workout programming when I’m home 😈💪🏽

my body confidence is at an all time high atm despite not being consistent for little while (finishing uni, moving house, traveling around etc), and having a lil rough patch mentally a few weeks ago. This holiday has been a really good opportunity to reset, recharge, and regain that motivation for fitness & well-being that I usually have 🌸

•كوب كاجو (منقوع لمدة ساعتين الى ٨ ساعات)
•ملعقتين كبيرة ليمون •ملعقتين كبيرة خميرة غذائية
•فص ثوم •ملعقة صغيرة ملح (نزيد على حسب الرغبة)
•١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
•١/٤ كوب موية (ممكن أقل أو أكثر)

🌿الطريقة:
•نحط كل شي بالخلاط الا الموية •نخلطهم و شوي شوي نضيف الموية لين ما نوصل للقوام اللي نبغاه
.
🌿القيم الغذائية لملعقة كبيرة من الجبنة:
١٥٧ كالوريز
٩.٣غ كاربز
٨غ دهون
١٠.٣غ بروتين

This cashew cheese recipe never fails to amaze me! I used to always eat Feta cheese with tomatoes, now that I’m vegan I find that this is very similar to the taste I was looking for🙌🏻

🌿Ingredients:
•1 cup cashew (soaked for 2-8 hours)
•2 tbs lemon juice •2 tbs nutritional yeast •1 garlic clove •1 tsp salt (add more if needed)
•1/2 tsp black pepper •1/4 cup water (add more or less if needed)

🌿Directions:
•Place everything-but the water- in a blender or food processor
•Blend and slowly add the water till you get to the desired consistency
.
🌿Nutrition facts for 1 tbs of cheese:
157 calories
9.3g carbs
8g fat
10.3g protein

Bodybuilders need to remember their main goal is to stimulate the muscle with force against resistance. This isn't fucking powerlifting. This isn't moving weight from point A to point B. You can do that without even feeling the targeted muscle…and you'll still be small. The best bodybuilders get inside the muscle they're training. They connect with it mentally and physically, and continue to attack it until it is completely burned out. It doesn’t matter if it’s 20 or 500 pounds. How badly did you shock the fibers? If you’re not in this frame of mind, you’re not ready to be a bodybuilder. Period.

GUYS it’s happening, ya gurl has officially decided to compete September 2019 with ICN! Goals have been set and it’s time to grind 💪🏼 I’m currently trying to put on as much muscle mass as I can so I don’t look like a skeleton when I shred, and I’m also trying to eat as much as my metabolism lets me without gaining much body fat to ensure I am keeping my calories high so hopefully my cut calories won’t be too aggressive, or else I will die 😂

I had some measurements done on me yesterday and YA GURLS BOOTY GREW 6CM SINCE OCTOBER 2017 😱 I was only expecting a couple of cm’s but 6?! I was shook to the core 😂 My motivation is in high gear and I can’t wait to train legs this evening 🏋🏻‍♀️😄

The standing single arm cable row. Usually rows are done using both arms, but try doing it one arm at a time, and do it in a controlled manner. Using a lighter weight, focus on just using your lats and driving your elbow as far back as you can, without swaying your body.
