For example during my cut I’ve dropped fat and leaned out which has given me abs that I once’s dreamt of... but fat loss is give and take, and it’s taken alotta of the derrière too!

No morning workout today for me. Just decided to #posedown and #flex a bit after 20 minutes of #stretching. Of course I hope this makes it past the thought police 😅. В школе домашка делалась мной глубоко в ночи в лучшем случае, хотя я понимал важность обучения. Тренировка, как правило базировалась не на том что надо подтянуть, а на тех упражнениях, что и так шли просто. Что за хрень, делаешь все - лишь бы не делать того что реально нужно?
Запиши свои приоритеты и фильтруй ежедневно свои задачи, ставь номера по важности и бомби топ3, самым важным больше сил, внимания, концентрации. Бомби в цель, нужен точечный удар, на ковровую бомбардировку у мушкетера ресурсов может не хватить. Атакуй, то что реально тебе важно. Цель на мушке.

Getting shredded is hard but getting shredded without any guidance and plan is impossible. 🤯

If i could give one piece of advise that would be dont allow yourself in huge caloric deficit! I see so many ppl trying to shred down with cutting all the carbs and fats. ❌❌❌

There are so many different diets u can choose these days(paleo, vegan, vegetarian, keto....) but they all have smth in common when trying to loose weight. You need to allow yourself in slight caloric deficit every week so you can smoothly decrease your calories thru out the month. If you are eating 3000 cal, don’t drop to 2000cal right away. Try to go step by step and every week eat 200 calories less than the week before and watch what happens;))👌🏼👌🏼💪🏼

There is about four years between these two photos and about 25 pounds of muscle gained. Gaining healthy weight is just as hard as loosing weight & I feel like that is something commonly overlooked in today’s fitness society. Wether you’re struggling with an eating disorder, digestive issues, or just have a bad relationship with food I promise you there is a way to get better. It took me about five years to get where I am now. It took a ton of consistency in the gym and tons of trial and error with different diets/food. But now I stand healthy, strong and confident. All the time and hard work invested was totally worth it and I can’t wait to get my online programs perfected to help people in similar situations.
