This is my 1 month postpartum picture and a picture I took this morning at 2 months postpartum. First things first... I had a baby and I have stretch marks. Second, I didn't have a model body as soon as I had the baby as most women don't so don't feel bad because you don't look like Tyra Banks after having a baby. Third, I still have work to do and im only going to get that by eating right and with exercise. Lets be honest to get the body you want it requires a lot of hard work. Even if it's doing some squats with baby in your arms. Going for a walk as long as you motivate yourself to get moving there is no way you won't see results.

It’s Friday!!! Finished the week strong! The best compliment you can get is when your partner tells you that you’re glowing and your eyes look brighter! Wie oft hast du dir bereits vorgenommen früh aufzustehen❓Wie oft bist du dann aber morgens im Bett geblieben mit den Gedanken "Wie kam ich gestern bloß auf diese Idee😳?!"

Für viele erfolgreiche Menschen ist frühes aufstehen selbstverständlich. Oft starten sie mit Sport oder Meditation in den Tag und nutzen dann die morgendlichen Stunden um alle wichtigen Aufgaben zu erledigen🙌🏻

Hört sich plausibel an oder? Aber warum können das die wenigsten umsetzten? Hier paar Tipps:
1. Genug Schlaf❕Damit du voller Energie durchstarten kannst brauchst du mindestens 7 Stunden Schlaf täglich. Hilfreich kann es sein auch einen Wecker FÜR das schlafen gehen einzustellen☝🏻 2. Direkt aufstehen! Klingt erstmal sehr logisch aber wie oft drückst du nachdem der Wecker geklingelt hat auf die Schlummertaste😴? Versuch den Snooze- Button gar nicht mehr in Erwägung zu ziehen auch wenn er sehr verlockend ist.
3. Routine schaffen! Die ersten Male werden hart sein aber nach spätestens einer Woche wird es zu deinem Alltag dazugehören🙏🏻 4. Überstürze nichts! Warst du bis jetzt ein leidenschaftlicher Langschläfer? Versuch dich in kleinen Schritten deinem Ziel anzunähern. Du könntest erstmal 30 min früher aufstehen und folgend 1 Stunde früher. Ist die Umstellung zu groß, wirst du nach ein paar Tagen keine Lust mehr haben und aufgeben.

What's stopping you from reaching your fitness goals?? For me it was my mind, I was over thinking the process. I kept thinking 80 days!!! Are you crazy that sooooo long! I would start then get overwhelmed and discouraged, thinking I had so far to go. So my method is to print out a blank calendar, write out which days I do my workouts, post it where I could see it everyday! And when I do my workout I cross it off with a red marker, and rest days I cross off with a green marker. This keeps me focussed. And I only see 1 months worth of workouts at a time. So I'm only worrying about a short period of time. Breaking it up. Not so overwhelming anymore.
I have never been so consistent with my workouts before. Day 61/80.
Only 19 Days left then it's onto INSANITY!
