Keeping myself accountable
This isn’t punishment. This is a daily decision to invest in the betterment of your future self. Instant gratification versus long/term satisfaction and success... Only you can make it happen
Deadlifts, Barbell Hip Thrust, Leg Curls have to grow the hamstrings and Glutes, can’t forget about my tiny calves so smashed some sets!
Second leg day of the week is done time to eat a bunch of carbs to grow these little legs and calves. I still feel like my Hip Thrust form isn’t 100% but I’m going to keep trying probably going to record my form next time I do them!
Guys don’t neglect the booty or the hammies they make the legs look bigger . Who loves glutes and hammies day?
Redbull doesn’t give you wings... Upper body sessions do ..
Do you agree that trainers make an annual, $36,150?That’s how much the Bureau of Labor Statistics says the average trainer reported in 2011! -
🤨I’m sure that things have changed since that stat was released but I’m willing to bet you a lot of money that it hasn’t changed by very much! -
When I first started training I was charging good money for what I was able to provide to my clients (so I thought). Fast forward a decade later and I was charging $160 USD just to consult with me to be considered as one of my personal clients when/if an opportunity opened. -
The amount of money that trainers make is usually small in comparison to their overall passion and drive to create change for others. Trainers have to get creative in their income if they want to stay relevant and succeed on a personal and biz level! Besides joining my FREE Facebook group, trainers can try these quick tips to get more money & increase their clientele.
1. Write a short ebook! You do the work one time and make passive money by listing your book on Amazon for free or running targeted Facebook ads to your finished work.
2. Look for local opportunities to speak to groups of people about your expertise. Go to seminars and conferences often!
3. Incentivize your current clients to bring you more qualified leads by offering them discounts on future services or premium programs otherwise reserved for VIP clients.
Try these tips and you’ll increase your annual income and you’ll have clients knocking down your door in no time!
Ps: Drop a blue heart if you found some use in one of these tips.

A great shoulder superset finisher
I say finisher because the burn is very real at the end
We did 12-15 reps upright row with as many plate raises to fatigue - then on the very last set we drop setted the plate raise which I can hand on heart say was HIDEOUS ️
BUT brilliant at the same time in a strange hurty sore oh fuck my shoulders way.
