2018 Offseason begins soon and I’m excited.
Using the Upper/Lower method of training for the next 8-10 months of this offseason. Gives me more frequency than I’ve had before and also a good solid structure that I’ve not had before either.
4 Training Days, Upper A, Upper B, Lower A, Lower B.
Exercises have been individually chosen for each of the days along with sets and reps.
Everything...everything is being tracked on this offseason. Food, water, training, weight, mood and supplements.
