Left: 2010 vs Right: Now I don't have an incredible weightloss story. Believe it or not there is about 8-10kg difference between these photos. I think my biggest transformation has been mentally. 18yr old me hid behind makeup and a 'fake it until you make it' smile.
Today. Well I can say my smile is letgitament. I am confident in the skin I am in. And when I wear makeup its minimal to what I used to wear when I was 18. Love yourself as you really are, that's what makes you truly beautiful 🌻

I started this Insta because many people asked me to, Ive finally begun to feel healthy and back in shape again but have so much more progress left to go thoughts on if I should share on this page more ? 💪🏽
Turned out a little bit too thin as I used a dish slightly to big but it still tasted amazing 🤤🍰🌱🍓 and was a good treat Recipe: •for crust: pulse together 1/2 cup of almond flour. 1/2 a cup of pecan nuts. 2 pitted dates. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of salt •grease and paper line a dish (20cm diameter works best. (Mine was too big 23cm)) •press the mixture evenly over the dish flattening it with hands •blend 2 cups of softened cashew nuts with 1/2 a cup of canned coconut milk 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/4 of a cup coconut oil 1/3 of a cup of maypole syrup and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract •blend for at least 5 minutes •pour 2/3 of the mixture over the base spreading evenly •leave to chill for 10 minutes •add 1/2 a cup of strawberries to the remaining mixture and re blend •spread the last layer on top and then decorate with fresh strawberries as you please •leave to chill for at least 4 hours before serving
