-Cardio en ayunas / me despierto y rápido me voy a hacer cardio, hago máximo 45 min. -Desayuno / en cuanto terminó de hacer cardio comienzo a desayunar (cuando entreno en las mañanas me llevo el desayuno al gym para después comenzar con las pesas).
-Entrenamiento pesas / después de desayunar espero un poco a que se me baje y comienzo con mi rutina normal de gym o bien entreno en la noche. .

Every single morning when I wake up, it is such a gift and blessing that I am able to see the sun rise, I can choose how I want to lead each day, hug those around me, make my own meals, talk to friends, share kindness with others and just practice gratitude 💫🌻 Dad, you are not here to make your own decisions any more so everyday I will appreciate the path I am walking on 💛

If you have the power to make someone happy...do it. The world needs more of that. A little kindness goes a long way.

Kindness was the main theme for my yoga classes today. We practice kindness in every class but we delved a little deeper today. We planted seeds of kindness with a yoga sequence, we created kind and gentle yoga poses that supported our bodies, we did lots of partner work, we talked about how being kind to yourself is just as important as being kind to others and we sent out loving thoughts in our meditation session. Children are brilliant and I'm forever amazed by the wonderful things they say and do. I asked one girl who she wanted to send kindness, happiness and love to and she said 'Everyone in the whole world because everyone deserves that, no matter who you are.' My heart!
In yoga, Ahimsa or 'non-harming' is the foundation of the practice. In all my classes, my primary objective is to be an example. Children learn about things through imitation, experience and with practice. Our actions are vital as we are setting the example that children will follow. Treating children with kindness and respect is more than the right thing to do; it is a powerful tool. Acknowledging kind behaviour reinforces that this is how we treat others and I will always encourage this with the children I teach. In my classes we practice kindness by sharing, helping one another, taking turns, using kind words, listening, cooperating and offering support. I do this for the children and they, in turn, offer it back to me and then to one another.
Little by little, the seeds are sown, watered, tended and open up into blooms. Although sometimes they test my patience (I never want to hear another word about Fortnite and flossing 😂), I really love being able to spend time with the kind, open-hearted, positive energy of young children. I feel very grateful to be their teacher.

Pilates class done.

Early morning walking 🚶‍♀️for more than an hour followed by Pilate class. 🧘‍♀️ Gift yourself with at least 30 minutes a day with some sort of fitness exercise. It will clear your mind and it will help your body.

THE GOAL... so here it is, this is what I am aiming for and it’s somewhere I’ve been before. Yes this is just a throw back photo of myself from 2013.. so 5 years ago I was lean and fit and happy. The past 5 years have taken a toll, lots of stress and ups and downs and at times I’ve not handled any of it well and it’s led to wait gain, a loss of direction and stability. I have the right mindset again, I have achievable goals and a realistic plan on how to achieve those goals and am making positive changes to my lifestyle to mean I can get back to the shape in the picture as well as improve my general well being!! What are you aiming for? And HOW will you get there? The how is a very important point to consider!
