Don’t you wish you can duplicate your favorite restaurant dishes at home? Before you say you can’t....have you ever tried?!

I got a request to share one of my FAVORITE recipes for DIY Ginger Chicken Pad Thai. This recipe takes a little bit of time but it is well-worth it and has significantly less fat and sodium than a restaurant version.
.
In a skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray, sauté chicken strips until they are 80% of the way cooked and set aside. In a wok set to medium heat, add 1-2Tbsp of canola oil, 1/3 of a chopped yellow onion, and 1tsp chopped garlic and cover for a couple of minutes or until onion begins to turn translucent. Add in chicken strips, 2tsp chopped ginger, & 2tsp chile paste, mix through and re-cover. Meanwhile on the stove, start boiling water in a small pot for the rice noodles. Once water is boiling, add 4oz rice noodles to the water for 3-4 minutes. While noodles are cooking add frozen peas, carrots, broccoli, and 1 egg to the wok. Drain noodles and add them to the wok along with some cilantro, 1Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, and 2Tbsp rice vinegar. To prevent noodles from drying out and sticking together, add 1-2Tbsp of canola oil, as needed. Top with any additional soy sauce, rice vinegar, or cilantro then serve!

Another piece of furniture made 🤗 all by upcycling materials:
the wood slats that were originally in the kitchen ceiling when we bought the house + guides from a fake cabinet.
Now we finally have an airing cupboard for above the boiler 😊 I just need to hide it behind a built in wardrobe, next to the shoes shelves 👢👠 little by little we are #renovating our house to make it our #home

- 1 can all white tuna in water drained
- 1/4 c plain non fat Greek yogurt - 1/4 c peas
- 1/4 c dry roasted unsalted peanuts

• Nutrition •
Faire du sport ok c'est bien, ça permet de libérer l'esprit, de s'évader le temps d'une séance.. mais aussi d'entretenir notre corps. Celui qu'on use tout le long de notre vie. •
Pour faire des performances ? Pas compliqué, il suffit juste de s'entraîner pour ça, de multiplier les séances, de les durcir quand il faut.

Mais pas que....

Loin d'être un nutritionniste ou d'être vraiment calé dans ce domaine. Mais pour le peu que je sache, la nutrition y joue pour beaucoup aussi.

Alors on change les habitudes (surtout les mauvaises 🤣), on supprime le mauvais sucre pour du bon, les bonnes graisses...
Enfin un bon rééquilibrage ( du moins on essaye).

Pas forcément dans l'optique de perdre du poids, ou de devenir une armoire. Mais juste pour apporter ce que ton corps a besoin pour fonctionner au meilleur de sa forme.

Et mine de rien, bah tu vois le changement...moins fatigué, moins courbaturé, plus en forme...

Je vais pas vous mentir, je m'aide beaucoup des réseaux sociaux ainsi que du net pour avoir des conseils.

Bon par contre quand tu passe à la caisse tu le sens aussi 🤣😂

When pregnant you should be drinking more water than usual, at least 2.3 Litres. I dont know about you ladies but Im having a hard time drinking plain water. My baby girl is just not liking it. So i live off coconut water & make my infused water like this orange & blueberry version. I keep switching it up so she doesn't get bored. Prior to being pregnant i used to drink 4 litres of plain alkaline kangen water, now im having a hard time drinking more than 1 litre thats why I'm supplementing with coconut water & making infused water at home.

Getting plenty of water is essential during pregnancy. The water carries the nutrients to your baby, helps maintain healthy levels of amniotic fluid. Water also prevents UTIs, constipation, hemorrhoids & swelling.
Its very important that you do not get dehydrated as dehydration may cause contractions.
Make sure to check your urine. It should be a very light yellow color. If its darker than that ;it means you are dehydrated

Constantly using throwbacks because I’m feeling like a skinny fat soft mess after the last few weeks 👀🤣

Finally can get some structure and routine back into my training and diet now though. Since show day it’s been hit and miss, followed by a holiday and then followed by a minor injury to my chest (which is much better now for everyone asking, thank you for caring 😉) .
.
I’ve bumped my calories up again and decided that it’s time to just attempt to get big and leave the lean look behind for a while. If I’m wanting to up my game for whenever I next decide to compete, I’m gonna need to be slamming the food down me and put some serious work into adding quality mass, so no more deficit for me ✌🏼

Okay lo es lo más fácil del mundo, solo necesitan:
✔️Pechuga de pollo.
✔️Salsa buffalo, yo uso una de HEB fue la mejorcita que encontré.

Corte el pollo en cuadritos y lo puse en un bowl en donde le agregue la salsa buffalo, sal de mar y pimienta.
Después lo puse en un sartén y ya listo le agregue mas salsita buffalo.

Para el dip:
•Yogurt griego sin azúcar.
•Cilantro.
•Tantita mostaza.
•Sal de mar y pimienta.
Mezclas todo y listo!

This does not have to be a battle.
There is no ‘criteria’ of how you need to start.
Simply, there needs to be a drive.
A drive to invest your love & attention into the care of the beautiful creation that is you...physically, mentally, spiritually. 🙏🏼
