🔥Glutes on fire
.
1) Scooter
2) Reverse lunge
3) Donkey kick
4) Side bend
.
⭐️Try to complete 12 reps of each exercise. Take a 1 minute rest once you’ve completed all 4. Complete 4 times through.

1️⃣.Keep both the knees at 90degree position and hips flat on the floor ,look forward keeping the back erect and arm clasped in front.
2️⃣.Try to rotate using the hip&core strength without the torso and arm assistance.
3️⃣.Get into the same 90-90 position on the other side keeping the back straight.
4️⃣.To make it more challenging clasp your hands behind the back . .

🔴.It would feel very easy if you use the whole body momentum , so here the focus must be on the core and hip musculature only while twisting on other side(do it as slow as possible).

⭕.Joint Mobility should never be compromised while improving muscle strength to stay injury free✌️

50? Whaaat???! Get out!!! I want to wish a Happy 50th Birthday to my best friend!👫 As I was scrolling through looking for pictures to make this collage, I was filled with emotions. This guy came in to my life when I needed him the most. I fell in love with him immediately.❤️ Yes, he is drop dead gorgeous,🔥 he cooks for me🥓, he takes me on fancy vacations✈️, but it’s so much more than that!! He stepped up as a father to my kids in so many ways I wouldn’t know where to start. He has always been our provider and our lifeline. He supported me while I sold real estate and even went out of his way for years driving me around everywhere because I would get lost! He supported me when I quit selling real estate and cheered me on when I decided to coach. He is still my number 1 supporter, my soul mate and my best friend. Happy Birthday to the love of my life! 1️⃣0️⃣ Curtsy Lunge/ 2️⃣ oblique crunches
Repeat 3x with no rest .
Done 4 sets,it’s good to have a light workout on the rest day , just to sweat a little and relax 😉 😉

Invest in YOU!

I am so not a morning person! But I have goals and I wanted to get my workout in before I started my day!

Thankful for @dylanmmills @ekramer_fitness @maggiealawson and so many more on my team for that push to get up and get it done!

Resolutions are not my thing, I never stick with them! Instead I like to make goals, for life, not a short period of time! And by making goals I’m willing to do anything I can to reach them!

That includes investing in myself for a short amount of time, like half an hour, to do what makes me feel good! •
If working out is your thing, it doesn’t have to be an hour that you’re dreading! There’s so many options to help get your blood flowing and make your endorphins going!

So take time for yourself and do what makes you happy! Invest in you and work towards those goals!

The idea of going upside down may not be appealing to most of the people. However, the reality is that falling into an upside down position like a headstand actually has many benefits. Mainly it releives stress, increases focus, strengthens your upper body, improves digestion. Always try to step out of your comfort zone, you never know what you'll find there.

My client gave me the book #thinnerleanerstronger to read. I’ll be honest it’s the first book I’ve finished from beginning to end in a long time! I dig the #backtothebasics program because it’s something that can be done at home too! I can’t wait to track my strength/muscle gains. I lost a few pounds by just adding more protein to my diet. Day 1: I’ve never done so many different types of presses in a workout before! I’m am looking forward to seeing if my calves actually grow?! Ha!
