As Christmas is round the corner I thought I give you guys a few tips on what you can potentially do over the holidays.

First off...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you want to track then track.
If you want to train then train.
If you want to massively reduce calories before Christmas then do it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ultimately just do what makes you happy. There is no right or wrong way to approach these periods.

Secondly..

If you want to eat all of the food, cool. Eat all of the food.
If you want to stay away from the gym all together then don’t train.
If you want to keep calories the same up until the day itself then do it.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ll be training completely as normal over these periods. Christmas day is a Tuesday which means it’s a lower body andddd yes I will be training legs. But Jack it’s Christmas?!?! So what I love training and don’t want to miss a session.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My top tips honestly would be..
⚫️ - To enjoy yourself.
⚫️ - Spend time with family.
⚫️ - Train if you want to train.
⚫️ - Eat all the food if you want to.
⚫️ - Be conservative with your intake if you want to be.
⚫️ - If you are really worried.. get up early and go for a long ass walk, train too which will create a huge energy demand for more calories (ill most likely do this)

Remember guys. It’s a few days of the year. Try not to get stressed about it. Focus on the positives, being with family etc.

New week week33 Day#185 Cardio&upperbody💪done👍
Today we did👇
1) Cardio sprint intervals 30-36mins🏃for 2.30 and rest for 30seconds by jogging or walk if you prefer☺️
2) 8sets of 30 side to side four legged walk😏first time trying this exercise really enjoyed it.
3) 8sets of 30 pushups for Sam, dips for Fou😊👍
4) 8sets of 30 mid row🙆
5) 8sets of 30 latpull down😃
Finishing with 6-7mins of stretching to cool down😊

Day 15 of #fitmas


Squat With Alternating Leg Lift
3 Sets of 15


Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart, feet parallel. Hold your hands out in front of you for balance. Bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply so your thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping your weight back in your heels.


Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely and lifting the left leg out to the side, squeezing the outer glute.


As you step the foot back into shoulder-width distance position, squat down again. Then stand up and do a side leg lift on the right side. Lower the leg back to the starting position.


Benefits:
When performing the side leg raise with your right leg, the gluteus medius on the right side is actively working to abduct the thigh while the gluteus medius on the left side is stabilizing the pelvis.

MY MOTIVATION EVERYDAY

Dont often post things such as this but when I do it’s only this man. This is the only one picture I was lucky enough to get with the man I look up to the most. The way he came up from so young to dominate every stage he stood on was incredible. The work ethic was inspiring just in itself.
