This is my favorite mason jar salad to make right now. It’s easy to prepare, it’s filling, and it’s absolutely delicious

Lemon Tahini Dressing .
I seriously can’t stop making the dressing...it’s just too easy and delicious Just blend the following ingredients:
Summer food heaven. No sugar added in the fruit base of sliced peaches, blueberries and apple with corn starch dusting. The crumble topping... 1-1/2 c oats, 1/2 c almond flour, 1/2 c packed brown sugar, 1 stick butter (or 1/2 c coconut oil).

The jet black shoyu-based ramen from the Toyama region is the restaurant's signature dish which earned them the winning spot 5 times in Japan's largest ramen fair (according to the description on their menu!) It was a tasty and worthwhile trip to our our ramen exploration journey, but the winner of the ramen contest for us is still the Tonkotsu ramen!
I have lost track a little. I have really been enjoying food and alcohol and I have not been following my nutrition the way I normally want to. I’ve had a lot of transition going on and I’ve used that as an excuse.
It happens sometimes. Life is ups and downs and sometimes we get off track. That’s ok!! I’m telling you because I’m not perfect. I slip up. I get in funks. I LOVE FOOD!!
I took the time to really reflect this weekend and I pulled it together. Made a plan, made a list and came home and prepped for the week! I am getting back on course with my goals! I need to get back to my balance and move forward!
I won’t sit here and feel sorry for myself and just give up. I will get up and keep going! You can always keep going! We can help keep each other on track!
