Don’t tell the dentist #shouldberesting
Don’t worry... I only went light. Yesterday’s session was about using the muscles like I was carrying shopping home. For me it was important to be in the environment whilst Andrew worked out, and for me to lightly use my muscles so they don’t go limp on my week off.
Yesterday I worked on glutes, calves and some light back work.
The moment that my gum started throbbing , I stopped and had a rest.
I am not advising that everyone can get up and go to the gym that soon after an extraction so please listen to your body and only do what you feel is best for you.
Mereu un peste la cuptor impreuna cu niste legume trase in tigaie te vor salva din lipsa de creativitate si de stomacul gol.

Always a fish in the oven along with some vegetables in the pan will save you from the lack of creativity and the empty stomach.
There are DEFINITELY worse places to be doing press-ups
Enjoying my little break away from the gym and full on training
Resting the mind and the body and I am definitely looking forward to getting back into the swing of things again
New goals to smash, new PBs I want to achieve and the best thing you can do to achieve that is rest and recover!!
San Diego Gym Tour:
Review 1: **STERNS GYM**
3831 Granada Ave
$8 day pass/lots of membership options
Overall Rating: 8.4/10
Alright guys first stop on my gym tour is Sterns Gym, an old school bodybuilding gym that opened in 1946 and has had famous bodybuilders such as Arnold Swarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno train there. This gym is truly unique. There are pictures of famous bodybuilders hung up on the walls throughout the gym, all the equipment is older (which i Love) and the overall atmosphere is very motivating. From the second i climbed the set of stairs to get to the second level of the building where the gym is located, I was inspired and ready to get to work. A lot of the equipment and machines in this gym can’t be found at your typical chain gym nowadays.
I would recommend this gym for anyone serious about weightlifting/bodybuilding because I think they’d enjoy it more and have a greater appreciation for what’s around them. There’s no Air conditioning, a small sample size of cardio equipment, and it’s a smaller sized gym with some of the machines basically on top of each other. -
Personally, while I love the gym I would be more inclined to get the 15 day pass rather than a long term membership. It does seem like an older crowd and I prefer having more space available to me when working out. The gym is in a prime location in North Park, it’s easy to find parking and there’s lots of places to eat/drink/hangout in around the area. I will definitely be going back to Sterns and I recommend everyone go check it out at least once!
