I started my own weight loss journey back in September 2014 and have since gone on to lose about 9 stone (130lb) in weight and have continued to maintain by living my healthy lifestyle I have created for myself along my own journey, from things I have learnt along the way and now I want to share them all with you to help you achieve your best Flawsome you!
Back in September 2014, I was tired all the time, very unhappy, heavy drinking most evenings, chain smoking, and a complete party animal. To top this off, I was also incredibly overweight.
I was talking with a friend, when doing her hair and complimented her on her weight loss and she told me what she was doing and I decided to join her on my own weight loss journey. I didn’t tell anyone but her, to start with, I didn’t want this to just be another ‘diet’, but I had set my mind to it and I was changing my lifestyle, for life, not just for a special occasion.
So I started out making small changes, just 10 minutes exercise a day and cutting out unnecessary rubbish, like sugar, chocolate, sweets, crisps, fizzy drinks and processed foods and by the Christmas I has lost over 2 stone and people were starting to notice my changes, this kept me motivated to keep going. *
I started to include CBD through vaping at this point too and have continued to do so since and I am pretty sure it’s one of the main reasons I’ve managed to lose and maintain my weight loss.
I now live my life to the full!
