Calling EVERYONE!! Who would be interested in a workout session and what is the best time/day for everyone??? And what kind of workout would you want to do??? So options are Monday July 2nd at 9AM or 5PM or Tuesday July 3rd at 9AM or 5PM, or Thursday July 5th 9AM or 5PM or Sunday July 7th at 9AM I am thinking 30 min workout, either Cardio, or PIYO (pilates and yoga), or CIZE (dance style). Let's keep it fun and no equipment required! Once we narrow it down, I'll create a better poll!
