175-189lbs... Routine consist of going heavy for 8-12 reps 4-5 sets with a minute to two minutes of rest, taking a break from cardio. Diet high protein 180-200 grams high carbs 200-300 low fat intake. 7-8 hours of rest a night working 5-6 days a week.
I used to tell myself I didn’t have the genetics or I would have to use steroids or I don’t have time to workout. My goodness was I wrong and naïve. For anyone trying to achieve your goals do it !
