Getting your big 3 lifts assessed in a hope there is weight to be found in your squat technique - only to hear “so your squat is the best of your three lifts”... on one hand, great I’m getting it right. On the other hand, lots of work to do to just get stronger.
One of the things I love most about being part of the @healthcollectivebabes is the lifestyle we have the ability to create! I never actually realised how much I loved travel until I really got to make it a part of my life!! Next week I am flying to Canada for some exploring, experiences and connecting with some amazing people from around the world!
Next month I’m super lucky to be travelling to Thailand with my beautiful family and many more trips planned for the rest of the year.

Sooo...after a few month hiatus due to a broken finger (and let’s be real my 20 session package expires in 5 weeks so there is that!!) I got my lululemon legs back into barre3 and the instructor was amazing at pushing us, I’ll hope to walk tomorrow. #lululemon#barre#fitnessmotivation#goals
