St Louis was AMAZING, but this face is how I feel about being back home & in a routine ๐ My introvert self loves the excitement of getting out and doing life BIG, making spontaneous plans and packing up the car on a whim, riding around random cities on battery powered scooters, riding on rooftop Ferris wheels, going 63 stories up in an egg shaped elevator with random strangers to look down at the city below me, only to drive back home 48 hours later, but afterwards I desperately need some time to chill, do nothing, & recharge at home ๐ Anyone else? Just me? ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Getting back to our workouts TOMORROW (donโt worry, our trainer worked in 3 rest days a week so weโre still on schedule ๐๐๐ผ) and prepping some food tonight so my eating can get back on track! Letโs be real, thereโs no fun in saying no to all your favorite treats when your on vacation..so I donโt say no ๐ so what DO I do? I enjoy myself while being the best I can and then when vacation is over, I get BACK ON TRACK! Stocked up on goodies at Whole Foods today and call me crazy, but Iโm REALLY looking forward to having ALL THE VEGGIES tomorrow ๐ & letโs be real..thereโs no better time to get back in the game then Hump Day, am I right? ๐

Riddle me this...why do we depend on people? Why do we trust people? Why do we feel a need to be attached to people...or more often that one person?
Too many times in life we are left disappointed...let down...and made to feel unimportant because we depend on others and care too much.
What I have learned is that I am happiest when I am me; and me alone. I have said this before and will say it again: No one should ever qualify your existence. You were put on this earth as 1 person and we will all go out as 1 person.
POINT: live your own life. Love yourself and your own life. Make a living out of living and don't get bogged down by others because in the end it is just you and your own peace with how you lived and who you lived for.
