Because we are ALWAYS going to make mistakes, feel disappointed, basically just not be perfect right? I mean it is absolutely impossible to be perfect, so we should just stop trying to achieve it. ♀️ What we should in fact do (in my humble opinion) is celebrate all the wins, yep EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.

Because when we start to shift our focus on to what we are doing right, rather than what we aren't doing well, or even at all, it all of a sudden brings our attention and energy to positives. NO MATTER HOW SMALL!
And guess what happens when we are focused on positive things? Our mood changes, our emotions are impacted, that can impact our behaviours.
Our behaviours will more steadily (even if it feels slow) start to align with our goals. And this feels good right? Positive reinforcement is happening!
And that is how we can change our habits.
Now I am not suggesting ignoring things we need to improve on, of course always evolve your health and move forward, but this will happen a whole more organically when you positively reinforce what you are doing right.
So please, please, please move your attention to your wins. Stop giving your energy to the "I didn't" stuff, (because that's always going to be there regardless), and watch how your feelings and then behaviours start to shift!
