Mobilizing/ warming up is a crucial part to any workout! You may love lifting and WODs, but the build up to that is critical!
Not only can you prevent injuries, but your workouts can be performed better!
Some warmup ideas: ✔️Short run or row ✔️Foam roll and mobilize the main muscles you’ll be using in that workout ✔️Ball roll extra tight muscles ✔️Do breath work and dialed back versions of your main movements ✔️Have fun!!!! Of course, if you come to class, we’ve got your warm up covered! You can always feel free to add a couple things in before class though!
