Keto Diet — Day #2 DINNER TIME.
Like I said this morning, I woke up in a good spirit, full of energy and less moody but during the day it started to change.
A quick search of my symptoms online and without a doubt, I am in a full mode of Keto Flu.
I have some of the symptoms, but not all; a light tension like a headache, but not really (even tho I had a coffee and spend way less time on my phone, and comp.), feverish body with chills, craving carbs especially sugar, I am sleepy, a bit of stomach pain and diarrhea. Sorry, just stating facts here. Some people experience more or less, similar or different symptoms. I guess, it all depends on your body. I LOVE fatty food, but for somebody who was avoiding “fat” her whole life, this is a shock for my body...
I am not giving up!!! I just started and I have a goal and a reason why I am doing this. I gave myself 21 days, maybe even a month to experiment and see if it's something for me and worthy of lifestyle change. I know some days will be easier than others, but with the supportive community, I hope i will be able to continue and see the difference and change in my body and mind.
Okay, let's move to my tonight's plate.
I will post in my stories shortly how I made these cute muffin frittatas. They are so delicious and require maybe 30 min of your time. I even have leftovers.
🌿Green Salad — 1 1/2 cup of Lettuce
* Salad seasoning: Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Sea Salt
🌿1/2 Cup English Cucumber
🌿2 Frittata Muffins
* ground pork, bacon, pepper, eggs, celery, etc. more in my stories.
🌿1/4 cup Marinated Mushrooms
😱— i am tracking my water intake and i am shocked because usually, I don’t drink that much water. 8 glasses of water🙌🙌, 2 cups (4oz each) of unsweetened coffee (no cream), drinking my ginger-holy basil tea right now while I type this.
Like I said earlier, I am not an expert, I just started myself, so, I am just sharing day by day experience with you guys.
