Cos it's Monday.
I could just ramble on with some motivation shit or about failing squats or about being happy about finding my new bench groove which has helped alot..
But honestly i rather just ramble about how grateful i am to be able to have the job i have. Being able to change lives of other women and build a team of Empowered and Confident Strong Bad Ass ladies. .
Whether for lifestyle or for comp prep.
COMP PREP spots are now open for 2019 comps also. .
But honestly.... I'm grateful I'm in a position where i can LIVE MY DREAM and not feel like I'm obligated to show up at work every day hating a job i don't want to do because I'm doing something i hold close to my heart. .
Fitness and this lifestyle saved my life. Literally. It saved me from many things. I've had my own struggles and wrecking balls thrown at me but I've rebuilt myself stronger after each set back. Yeah it may have come with frantic yelps but I made it through and i recognise that i will continue to face battles if i continue to dare myself out of my comfort zone. I've never made friends with mediocrity or complacency. .
My selfish passion remains my powerlifting and bodybuilding. My job and 2nd passion is my team. My team ruby. All clients inclusive. Premium members and those on 12wk 16wk or 20wk challenges/"projects".
Ruby Rambles and Monday's mumbles/end.
I picked up my new look dress today and for £19.99 I love it!! I normally wear a size 8-10 but with this material and wearing a jumper underneath I went for a size 12 and I'm glad I did!!#newlook#tryon#newclothes#mumsthatshop
