Today in another episode of “Jesus gets fit”, after my back + biceps workout, I had some time between my spinning class.. SO, I decided to go for some TABATAs to finish off and kill my back.
In case you didn’t know: TABATA (high intensity interval training) - we work for 20 seconds and we rest 10 seconds.. and we repeat this 8 times (it means it last 4 minutes. It’s short but if you do it right, it’s a killer HIIT)
I decided to do 3 different TABATAs (12 minutes), so..
1. Battle Ropes & Burpees (yea, I must hate myself)
2. Handstand Hold
3. Rowing machine
IT WAS SO GOOOOOOD.. afterwards, I had to teach a Spinning class and I was dead.
