Simple but effective stretch for people. You will feel it in your hips, hamstrings and your shoulders.
One leg will be under you while the other is straight out at 45 degrees. Then reach out in a diagonal direction. Get as low as possible. You can bend your arms if you want or keep the straight to world on shoulders. I could be doing this more often as well. Sets of 2 with 5-6 reps and hold for 5-10 sec.
