Repost from @before5am using @RepostRegramApp - Stay positive in the pursuit of your dreams.
I know you’re fighting the good fight and trying to build your life and dreams. I know you’re hustling and grinding every day to make big things happen.
But let’s make sure we take care of ourselves on the journey. Stay positive, be gentle with yourself in the process and make your wellbeing a priority.
As you know The Before5am philosophy is all about longevity and consistency. We don’t look for short cuts, we focus on developing ourselves and growing in the most organic way possible.
Enjoy the process of becoming the best version of yourself. Be patient and enjoy the process of developing your craft and skill set. Enjoy the process of creating your life.
Face your fears and doubts. Be proactive and take action every day, and remember to do it all with a Smile.
Don’t beat yourself up. Stay positive. Because with each new day and new challenge you face, you become a little stronger. You become a little more prepared and able to handle the responsibility that comes with your realising your dreams.
Your time is coming. In the meantime, go about your business with great purpose and certainty. Look after yourself, stay positive and don’t forget to smile.

Low calorie (or low carb or low anything) does not equal “HEALTHY”♂️
Eating something that is a “lower calorie substitute” means that you saved some calories. It doesn’t mean that you are healthier.
The reason I am an advocate of eating high volume/low calorie foods like vegetables is because they make your diet more enjoyable. Not because they “HEALTHIER”. A lot of people are struggling to lose weight because they’re FREAKIN HUNGRY (aka me 5 years ago) and for those people it can be super beneficial to add a lot of veggies into their diet to make it more enjoyable and to make room for more of the
Cauli-rice, zoodles or lettuce wraps are great if you want to save some calories (and they obviously have more micronutrients as well). But remember that they are not legit substitutes for “the real thing”. It’s just a question of where you like your calories to come from.
substituting with a low carb option because you think it is “healthier” = not smart♂️
Substituting with a low carb option so that you can eat more garlic bread on the side without going without going over on carbs= smart
A low-carbonara is not healthier than a carbonara, it’s just lower in carbs. (get it??) ____
It’s the start of a new week, so what are your going to do?
Wake up and smell the coffee?
Or stop and smell the roses? .
How about both?
Coffee - it’s a metaphor for the reality of your current situation.
That strong, awakening, highly charged smell of the present.
There’s no denying it, no avoiding it, you’ve just got to take hold of the situation you’re in, take action and move forward however bests you can.
And then there’s the roses - the perfect image of simple, natural beauty in every sense that also draws you into the present moment.
Beauty thats so radiant it stops you in your tracks and makes you reflect on what really matters and all the goodness in your life.
You can’t help but feel gratitude for everything that’s been and everything that is.
So my advice for this Monday morning, take in both. .
Brew the coffee and then head outside and smell the roses . #freshstart#beepic#marbella
