The past few weeks I've been wanting a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie from Subway so badly. Well, my mom bought me one. Thats all I could eat of it because it was way too sweet....and then there's my mom who ate the rest of it. I've cut almost all unnatural sugars out of my diet. I used to get a dozen subway cookies and eat them all within three days, now I can't even eat one. #progress

Fitness is a about mental and physical health and I would love to see it shift more in that direction and not aesthetics.
