How to deal with negative experience:
In order to not have one, get rid of expectations. Don’t expect from people to say something, do something or feel something.
Communication is by far the most important thing before and after experiencing a negative experience, and always tbh. Communicate what you what, how you want it, from who you want it and most importantly communicate what you don’t want. Share as open, vurnerable and loving as possible.
Also communicate with yourself ! Pay attention to yourself !!! Everything that happens does not do so because it’s a coincidence. You were chosen to experience what you did or get what you got. You were considered strong enough to go through what ever you go through.
Sit back and watch your emotions. Sadness, anger, disappointment... no judgement. Emotions are just the product of outside world communicating with inside world. If you aren’t happy with them, don’t judge them - change either inside world or outside world.
Take time to take care of yourself. However you like doing it, do it. Respect how your body and mind is reacting.
Don’t try to please someone else. Just please yourself.
Already now, just being aware and accepting everything sends me steps further up and let me grow. You learn about people, about situations, about dynamics, about yourself... sometimes „recovering“ from a bad experience is something I enjoy a lot. That’s because I know how much knowledge I’ll take from it. Allowing negative emotions makes me understand the origin of them which then can be transformed from the root.
And sometimes you just gotta wait, let time pass and eat avocado.
Stay receptive and aware - the right things, person, situation, job, opportunity will come. Trust that. It will happen.
