ESTADO ACTUAL : De exรกmenes. A parte de eso, 2kg por encima del peso de competiciรณn,comiendo 3100kcal y recuperando buenas sensaciones en el gimnasio. Todo ok. Mentirรญa si dijera que no me miro al espejo, pero hacรญa 1 mes (desde la ultima competiciรณn) que no analizaba mi fรญsico, con ojo crรญtico. Contento con lo que veo y nunca satisfecho, como siempre. A partir de aquรญ seguire contruyendo. Con paciencia y cabeza. Los nattys no podemos esperar grandes ganacias de masa muscular en poco tiempo (sobretodo cuando ya llevas unos aรฑos). Pero no tengo prisa. Sobretodo cuando el proceso implica entrenar duro y comer , comer mรกs. Y como me gusta esto: entrenar y llevar una nutriciรณn enfocada a un objetivo. So during a small gap i had i decided to go home to prep some food for the next couple of days as I've ran out and there was no chance i was going to do it when i finish at 10pm tonight and am up early in the morning๐Ÿ˜ซ

so to avoid me making the excuse for eating shit tomorrow because i hadn't had my food ready i did it in the 1.5 hour gap that i had๐Ÿ†

The actual prep time of this was about 20-30 minutes and actually took longer clipping the video clips and putting it together to upload this for you ๐Ÿ˜…

If your gym doesnโ€™t have a GHD, or has any quality hamstring equipment; try this out on a lat Pulldown machine and youโ€™ll be sure to get your hamstrings! I usually program this later into my workout as a body-weight burnout where I typically like to do 3-4 sets @ around 25-50 reps. The key here is to make the knees the only joint that allows the body to go forward and back. I try to keep close eye on my spine as well as my pelvic tilt to ensure Iโ€™m not bringing in my glutes, low back, etc. into the equation. The best tip I have for these is to really contract the hamstrings through BOTH concentric & eccentric portions of the lift. Why? Not only will it keep the pelvis from tilting either posteriorly or anteriorly, but will also allow the load to be directly where it should be placed, the HAMSTRINGS! Give it a go on your leg day! โœŠ๐Ÿป

Itโ€™s that time of the day again . The time to get grafting and get them glutes growing. I have been training properly now for 4 months and I have seen more results doing weight training in this short period of time then when I was โ€œtrainingโ€ 5/6 times a week doing cardio and what I now call pu**y workouts. I have now acquired the mindset that gyming is no longer a chore but a change in the mindset and lifestyle. Keep grafting and enjoy the results ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ
