Sometimes thrifting feels like Missoni impossible and sometimes you find two jumpsuits after you've been looking for months. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻Feeling sew blessed! Adding 'creating less waste' to my ethical compass in life only made my love of thrift shopping grow. It's by far been the easiest place for me to make the switch to creating less waist.
There's been a lot of talk recently about 'recycled plastic' clothing, you could skip the whole corporate thing and go straight to the source for recycled clothing- a second-hand store. 👕I needle to tell you, all the trends can be found at the thrift, every style is recycled and influenced by the past. Why not get the original? 👝👟Looking for puffer jackets, ladylike purses, polka dots, blazers and all the other trends that are big for fall? I'm not even knitting, they are ALL at the thrift in good condition just waiting for a new lease on life.
If you don't feel thready to get out there and hunt, I have a guide on how to thrift like a pro (⚡️linked in my profile) and always share tips in my stories while thrifting (🛒different thrift trips are saved in my highlights, all called 'Thrift Haul' where you can shop through the store w me!). I'm waist deep in thrift content over here so jump on it & get inspired to create less waste while still being able to participate in the trends, seams legit to me. 😊
