3 SUNDAY STEPS TO KICK ASS THIS WEEK 👇🏼
⚡️ we’ve alllll heard the saying, “a sunday well spent brings a week of content”- and if that’s true then a Sunday spent goal setting, food prepping and focusing on #selfcare must bring a week of totally kicking ass 💪🏼✨🔥 right?
Here are 3 things to do on a Sunday to set yourself up for success for the week ahead! 🏆👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
1️⃣ SCHEDULE IT OUT- sit down and map out your week- plan your meals, schedule in time for exercise (day, time and type@of exercise- get specific!) and forecast any important things that need to get done so you’re ready to hit the ground running when you wake up on Monday.
2️⃣ MEAL PREP- take that list of meals from the previous step and head to the grocery store! Meal prep can seem daunting but an easier way to do it is to just make bulk veggies + protein. Make a big batch of some roasted veggies, whip up some baked sweet potatoes or quinoa and prep some easy protein choices like chicken thighs or meatballs. You can then prep the meals as to go, depending on what you’re in the mood for and how hungry you are! (hormone health tip- try to avoid plastic Tupperware! Use glass whenever possible ✨)
3️⃣ GO TO BED EARLY- this is my favorite one 😌😴 #babygrandma 🤶🏼 the best way to make sure you start your week off on the right foot is to wake up feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the week. For a lot of people, Monday’s can set the tone for the week ahead and starting off your Monday morning feeling rested is major 🔑 get in bed extra early and spend some time journaling, reading, mediating or even just relaxing with some #netflixandchill 📺 the goal is to unwind and calm your mind so you can fall asleep early, get a good nights sleep and wake up ready to crush your goals 🔥
