When it seems like life has given you no where to go, and every reason to quit, do the exact opposite and make it regret ever trying to stop you. After all, they say a cornered animal is a dangerous one.
Helpful workout tip : Try limiting the time in between your sets. Stay off your phone, listen to your music, and take about a minute before you hit your next set. This will ensure you get a good pump, remain focused on the exercise, and you’ll feel much more accomplished at the end of your workout.
