And that’s a wrap on #mealprep Tuesday. I got salads, chicken, quinoa, veggies, guac, hummus, muffins, greek yogurt, blueberries, and apples. I have frozen bananas, cauliflower, blueberries, strawberries and cherries in the freezer for smoothies. Trail mix, @toneitup bars and protein in the pantry. I’m practicing for when school starts again. I’m determined not to sacrifice my health when things get busy. I really want to move away from processed and packaged foods so learning how to prep fresh fruits, veggies, and meat will be everything. Just like with the workouts, you get better with practice and patience. You’re worth it.. you’re worth taking care of. Your friends and family deserve the best, healthiest you. So keep prepping.. keep pushing.. keep getting stronger.
Also... booty is on fire from the #tiudailymoves. I did 3 rounds of 15 with weight and did 44 squat jumps for the #tiusquatchallenge.. followed by 2 rounds of #tiubootyfull and an ab circuit. feeling bootyfull for sure ♀️ Happy Tuesday!
