Some of you may already know this but a common sympton of anxiety is lack of sleep.
I haven't been sleeping well lately. I tried napping earlier but felt overwhelmed with guilt. Whenever I try to take a moment to relax I start to panic and think of a million of things I should be doing instead of napping. Dishes, eating, working out, school, work, calling my parents, taking my dog out. I should be doing these things, not napping! I feel guilty for not doing them, I start to feel like a disappointment.
I hope to get over this some day.
