Sometimes we get caught dreaming dreams that were never designed to bring us peaceful rest. In fact, these dreams weren’t designed for us at all. When this happens, it’s imperative that we muster the courage
to dream a new dream.
Each day, we swim in a sea of messages that seek to define for us what it means to be happy, successful and well loved. But, often, we forget that those messages have been carefully curated by those who benefit when we buy into well-packaged, manufactured dreams.
Dream your own dreams. And, dream new dreams when necessary. How do you know if a new dream is necessary? If your current dream has you chasing an illusive ideal imposed by someone else and feeling as if you don’t measure up when your life doesn’t mirror the swanky commercial that shaped your desire, it’s time to dream anew.
