I have been on my journey for damn near 5 years and even after all these years, I still get into funks, lose motivation and get super tired. This week has been one of those weeks where I’ve had lots of life things thrown at me, to test me, and I’ve had to work extra MENTALLY hard to keep my head above water...
One thing I’ve learned on this journey is that it takes MORE than motivation...
Learning to FORGIVE yourself when it doesn’t go your way. .
It’s my GOAL to FEEL my absolute best mentally and emotionally... EVEN when it’s MF hard... I treat my body with respect and my mentality... sometimes that means showing up when I don’t feel like it... 👏🏻
