So, firstly, I’ll introduce myself. I’m Wayne and been a member at Dainton Golf Club for about 3 years.
I’m about to go on holiday at the end of October and set myself an ambitious goal of losing 4 stone before the end of October. But, I didn’t just want to lose the weight, I also wanted to improve my Golf fitness. Knowing that I’m not the most flexible and rely on my arms a lot during my swing, doesn’t give me a feeling of consistency.
After speaking to a few people, I was recommended that Dave would be an ideal trainer as well as being TPI Certified.
I went for my first session with Dave 5 weeks ago. I was immediately impressed that Dave identified my issues with lack of flexibility and overall fitness. He set me a personalised training plan along with a fantastic nutrition plan
Since then, I’ve managed to successfully lose 1 ½ stone as well as seeing my golf getting more consistent. As a result, I’ve gone from being 18 to 16 handicap.
I’m looking forward to seeing the results from this ongoing journey I’m undertaking with Dave.
