Morning track workout vibes ♥️
Today we had a mini speed workout of 2 mile warm up, strides, 8*200 meters in ~45 seconds with 200m recovery, and a final 8 minute mile after the last rep. It felt so good, and I'm so happy to be back training again! My coach is incredible, and it's nice to have a running buddy so I don't have to suffer alone. Tomorrow is a comfortably hard long run of 65 minutes, so I'm getting pumped!
