I get asked a lot about what I do for my legs/glutes.
You DO NOT NEED 5 pieces of equipment- “booty bands”, cables, ankle attachments and plates to change the angle of your heels... if you like that? Good for you!! But honestly? My legs were built without any of that shit. Don’t let it intimidate you. See my last video- it’s not about squatting 300lbs out the gate. It’s about creating challenge sets for yourself and goals.
Get the foundation movements down- throw a little weight on the bar. The next week throw on a little more. Then a little more after that!!
