Tonight I'm comin at ya with a green smoothie bowl and 3 travel tips!
This bowl was so good and I found it in an airport after a little searching
And on to the tips
1. Make a list or two. Knowing what you want to pack and healthy snacks you want to bring with make packing so much less stressful and overall easier
2. There will always be a healthy option even at an airport walk a bit and if you really wanna find something healthy, you may have to settle for some healthy snacks while at airports but they can be so good too
3. Always bring a good book on flights. Watching tv is fine but having a book in your carry on is so nice with plane delays. It gives you something to do and everyone should read ten pages a day anyways!
Love you all and travel safe and have fun
Still can't believe I can do this and hold it for 10 seconds, I'm sure if I didn't hold my breath I'd be able to hold it for a little longer.
Must work on breathing whilst holding this bent arm straddle.
I've learnt alot since I started calisthenics, I remember when I first stubbled upon @frank_medrano on YouTube and thought I want to be able to do that.
So in 2016 I started out my journey, didn't really approach things in the right way and tried to run before I could walk and with life getting in the way in 2017 I stopped whilst I trained to be a Firefighter.
This year things have started to fall into place as I've brought it back to basics to halp me achieve my goals.
I now have more focus and understanding what I need to do to help me get those goals.
What are your workout goals?
Write them down and choose a few for you to work on, be realistic, don't work on too many at the same time.
As you can see I have my goals for 2018 and then the rest will follow on for the coming years.
There are no quick fixes to anything and you will need to play the long game.
I have given myself 7 years to get good and achieve all my goals (I believe this is time frame Frank Medrano took to get to an advanced level)
It might take me 6 or 8 years but that's ok, I will work hard stay focused and take one step at a time and guess what, I WILL NEVER GIVE UP
