I never wanted a relationship that’s serious all the time.
I wanted a man who could make me laugh.
I wanted someone I could talk to about my day or my stressors who could make me smile without even trying.
I wanted a relationship where we could be silly & have fun & make crazy memories together.
I wanted a partner who I loved doing everything (and nothing) with.
I wanted a teammate for all life has to offer...good & bad.
I never, ever wanted or needed a man to fulfill my dreams. I just wanted that one special person to be in them.
Another #legday logged. Monday’s are always my long days because of the amount of things I try to cram in. This doesn’t include my warm up. Warmups and cool down sessions are so important. Both are essential to avoid injury so don’t forget to do both when gearing up to do a serious workout. Happy Monday and get your week started! A PICTURE REALLY DOES SPEAK A THOUSAND WORDS
Some #MondayMotivation for you from this wonderful client ♀️ They say a picture speaks a thousand words and this certainly does. Swipe right to see them all. I’m blown away by what she’s achieved in 11 weeks Technically 9½ as she was on holidays for 10 days and I allowed her to go off plan. Post holidays she only re-bounded 1 lb up. Slow and steady wins whereas too fast a weight loss always backfires. To put this in perspective this busy lady works full time in corporate America and has achieved this.

Lost inches all over
Dropped a jean size
In this particular instance, I used a carb cycling protocol, all bespoke of course. No food deprivation. In fact, she’s never hungry. In terms of exercise, I let her continue her bootcamps because I knew she enjoyed it and had fun which is key to long-term sustainability. I introduced 3 x 20 mins HITT cardio sessions per week. So no extreme excessive exercising. I always start by going for the lowest hanging fruit to see what results we can achieve with the least amount of input and change. I’m so lucky I get to play a part in this journey but the real work she did. I merely provided the right tools, coached and kept her on the straight and narrow. Huge respect girl for showing up %. Here’s to phase 2 of your #Transformation

My back is one of my favorite things to workout (my hammies being my fav ) when doing this workout its super important to utilize the FULL range of motion to really get the most out of the workout!!!
