🤖👾📠 "I am not a man, I am a machine" that's what I repeated to myself in the mirror while I knocked out 100x Mason Twists with a 10kg Medicine Ball (no breaks). A massively new PB for me. @hersee63 gave me that line (as well as many other things I didn't ask for 😘😅) I've had a really tough couple of weeks & I feel like my emotions are letting me down, so I channelled being a "machine" & it worked haha.

End of week 8, gained 10kg

If you’re looking for a mean leg workout check out this leg session from my Saturday workout taken from my custom 12 week KILLERRRR workout program 💀

Couple of things to note if you are gonna do this workout:⁣

1. For this leg day on week 1 of my program I do 10 sets of squats not 5 sets to begin @ 72.5% of my 1RM, so for me I’ll go for 145kg (approx. 72.5% of 200kg)⁣
2. Take as much rest as you need for the whole workout - the focus is on moving as much weight as you can⁣
3. Substitute exercises at will if you don’t like them / they hurt you / your gym doesn’t have that machine - but do try & make sure you pick another exercise that works the same muscle group, eg. substitute seated leg curl for lying leg curl is obviously ✅

I spent years buying plans from others online & coming to the realisation that I had all the experience I needed to build the ‘perfect’ program for myself - perfect for me that is (I like to mix bodybuilding style training with powerlifting)

By NO MEANS am I an expert & by no means am I a PT, but I’ve been training for yonks & this program is a seriously well-thought out & planned program that has yielded amazing results for me👌

It’s always pissed me off with buying plans online at how shoddy & not thought out at all they are (& yet I still bought them year on year 🤷🏻‍♂️) the number of typos, exercises clearly in the wrong days & completely made up / dumb BS to look legit is actually baffling to look back on & think I used to follow it 😳

as I’ve said before you don’t need fancy gym equipment to exercise! everyone would have some sort of step in their house (if not go to a park, make a step OR just use the floor to jog on the spot and jump etc. *no excuses*) and if you don’t have a ball just use your legs! lift them up and down and sides to side and this workout is all yours!

Monday Motivation ✌🏻

After a long weekend with some cheat meals, party and alcohol, it is time to get back on track amd focus on my goals!
Today is also the first day of my experiments with intermittent fasting, so I worked out on an empty stomach in the morning and had my first meal 4 hours after waking up. It wasn’t as bad as I though it would be, but I am sure I will have tough moments. Nevertheless, I will keep going to see how it affects my body and mind and hopefully it’ll help getting lean, too. So let’s do this! 💪🏻😉👊🏻

Life of a Fitness Coach - 18th June 2018 - 5th session of the day- will keep you guys posted as the day works out 💪- Apart from designing workout programs, nutrition and looking after the prehab and rehab of my trainees, as a Fitness Coach I also have to be a positive motivator. People make time and come for their workouts, with set fitness and health targets, and there are days when they walk-in with work stress, and personal issues on their mind. My job at such times is not only to make them complete their workouts with good intensity to achieve their body targets, but I also have to impart positive energy and help them get over their stress and discomfort. 🇬🇧Hi peeps! 👋🏽 How was your weekend? My was kinda active as per usual - I always plan some fun runs, fitness festivals or classes for my days off to enjoy mah sporty vibes to the fullest 🏆
I joined an amazing grind’then’replenish kind of morning with @obliquelondon - an hour HIIT Saturday session followed by an hour yoga flow and delicious weekend brunch ❤️ What a day!⠀
And on Sunday I ran my 6.5 miles in @cityrunsldn 🏃🏽‍♀️ another medal to my collection! 🏅

Had an awesome #bootypump after my glute activation. 🍑 I haven’t really felt sore after my booty workouts until i started my warm ups with a glute activations. They’re a real game changer. Sometimes we need to wake up those “sleeping” muscles. 🔥 -glute activation
1: donkey kicks - 15 reps each side
2: calm shells with bands -15 each side
3: glute bridge with bands - 20 reps
4: single leg glute bridge - 15 reps each side
5: monster walks - 15 steps each way

Day 30 of 3 months crush.

Strength has definitely increased. Also, I've got a couple of compliments from people that I look good so that's a confidence booster for sure. That definitely means I'm on the right path of complete fitness.

•Elliptical-> 25 mins
‼️Every exercise is done in 20 reps‼️
• Russian twists(6lb med ball)
•Bicep curls with resistance band
•Plank toe taps
