Today, I’m clearly having a green inspired dinner. -Avocados (sprinkled with chili lime powder from Trader Joe’s)
- Organic Falafel patties (Found at Whole Foods and baked)
- Zucchini noodles (seasoned with garlic powder and a dash of salt)
I usually grab one of these on the way out the door for my 6 AM workouts because I do not like to eat breakfast before I work out, but I need something in my system to keep me going. Today I did not eat lunch at work because I was going in several different directions. This should hold me over until dinner time and at least keep my energy somewhat steady during work out. #advocare#proteinshake#workoutfuel#yum
