On the left- 25 years old.
On the right- 27 years old with a toddler.

The difference?
Having the right tools and having support.

The girl on the right has been using those tools everyday for over 6 months.
She is a better wife and mom because of it. She's more comfortable in her skin. She enjoys shopping again. She can run and play (and keep up) with her boy. She knows how to make healthy choices for her and her family.

I am the first to tell you that it is not easy. That making changes are HARD.
But being overweight and unhealthy is HARD too.
You are worth it.
I was worth it all along...
I just needed the right tools and support to get me to where I knew I could be.

I will show you how I make it work with a full time job and a busy toddler, how to eat on the go, at work events, when you're busy, when you're working full time, and how to do it on a budget.

Woke up early today and headed out for a big/little play date with all the intention of doing my workout as soon as I got home. An hour of @pinterest and a quick nap later and my 20 minute workout is done. πŸ’ͺ🏼 [peep my stories for all the moves!]

I'm busy. We are all busy. Mothers, fathers, working parents, stay at home parents....all of us. But busy shouldn't be an excuse for putting our health and wellness on the back burner. .

I'm guilty... I did it for months and months and months before I saw the light. That light was simplified nutrition and quick and effective home workouts (I'm talking 20-30 minutes) with the support of an online accountability group. That's all it took for me! Down 37 pounds and have never better or more in control. Do I drink alcohol and eat carbs? HELL YA! πŸ·πŸ”And the scale keeps going down 😎 .
