Resistance bands are not just for booty 🙊 they’re really convenient and you can get them for quite cheap (these are from Amazon) and they’ll definitely be useful for your workouts 🤗 with @womensbest super refreshing Amino & Energy 💕⠀

1️⃣ Mobility front raises, 3 sets of 10 reps⠀
2️⃣ Hand plank with side hand steps, 3 sets of 8 reps each side⠀

3️⃣ Kneeling bicep curls, 3 sets of 12 reps each side⠀

4️⃣ Front raise to lateral raise on all fours, 3 sets of 10 reps each side (1 rep = 1 front and 1 lateral raise)⠀

5️⃣ Overhead tricep extension, 3 sets of 10 reps each side 👍🏽 This workout can be done anywhere with very little equipment @privilee_uae
