❤❤❤❤❤ Let me introduce you to my gorgeous friend Laura @kobra_eagle, mum of 3, who, despite her own challenges, has supported me throughout the last few years. Recently I shared my diagnosis for #adenomyosis (similar to #endometriosis), which, I learned affects 50% of women, particularly the age of 40-50. So I know it's quite common and benign in most cases.
Laura's health challenges have given her the knowledge and experience with natural and holistic remedies that have given her remarkable results, she even shocked her own doctors with her results! I tell you what, mums are like the FBI when they want answers! I'm so glad I shared my diagnosis openly because she was able to share her positive results with me so I can (hopefully) avoid having my insides cut open and cut out! (Sorry to be gruesome but that's reality of a hysterectomy!). I'm so grateful to Laura for sharing with me so I can help myself now. I have silently struggled for years with this, not knowing what I was dealing with, it progressively got worse. It took me to get to the point of complete exhaustion from anemia to get a second opinion and some kind of diagnosis, direction and progress to improve my health.
Laura has put me onto Dr Morse's Female Reproductive Capsules, I also got some Adrenal Gland capsules to help with my stress and anxiety levels. I've also decided to change to a #vegan diet. Not only will it be cheaper (which I need) but I want to detox from meat, the hormones and stress on my organs in processing meat. I want to cleanse my body to give it the best chance of clearing the 3 tumours, each 2.5 cm in size, in my uterus, to avoid major surgery, which I can't even afford anyway (it's like $10k even for non invasive/surgical! 😤). So today is Day 1 of my body healing. I am prescribing #meditation#yoga#strengthexercise#increasedwater#fasting and no processed food or meat. I can only try!
#CelebratingInspiringWomen ❤❤❤❤❤ I'm stronger than I give myself credit for. Time to own it! This is my way to show that's my focus, and this strong woman is always inside me.
You will never know the depths of ones despair until they are brave enough to share with you honestly and openly. Most of us won't share because they don't want to be a burden on others (because everybody has things they are dealing with in life). They may feel their feelings are invalidated by what others say like; "it could be worse" or "at least you have your health". Honestly, that's just cruel. People deal with life challenges differently, some can cope better than others, some have experienced trauma and triggers mental health issues which makes it even harder to deal with their circumstances. It doesn't mean they are "playing the victim" or being a "drama queen", such terms are infuriating to me. Many will feel they will be judged or misunderstood, like me. I can be a very strong, confident, social, empowered, fun, vibrant, outgoing person.... however, I can also be the complete opposite, which I have been many times in life. Why? Because I haven't fully dealt with my traumatic childhood. Fact is, I'm a single mum with an autistic child on a pension trying to build a business so I don't have to have gov support. It's bloody exhausting, expensive, frustrating, stressful and soul destroying at times. Some days you have great wins, other days you just want to run away from everything.
I'm hoping this post will resonate with other women like me. Life is a crazy rollercoaster ride, if I go quiet it's usually me dealing with life as best I can. When I'm here I'm feeling more capable or I just need to connect.
#Quote "Every kid is one caring adult away from being a success story." See the next picture/post to see my beautiful little "Inspiring Woman" Jazmin, who is growing up faster than I can deal with! My little #artist, my mini-me, my pride and joy, a delight to my life and the very reason I am still pushing through lifes challenges. My heart bursts just looking at her, even in the bad days my purpose is here right in front of my face, day-in-day-out... Her success is her own, she has put the work in, last night, at her Primary School Year 6 Graduation, she won the Specialist #Teacher Award for ART! Well deserved and she is so proud of herself. Her eye for detail and drawing is extremely impressive for her age. Every day, she draws, every single day. The result of this will be undoubted success as a professional artist one day when she is older, as this is what she wishes to do for a career. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree afterall, for that I am glad :) #love#instagood#australia#melbourne#sotrue#inspiringmums#inspiringkids#CelebratingInspiringWomen

#Quote "When I'm not working, I'm still working." - Sophia Amoruso . When I don't have any design work coming through @heatherjamescomau I'm working on business development, improving my website options, updating my accounts, looking at my marketing channels and seeing what I can do better. When I'm not working, I'm thinking about what I need to do and when, and how I am going to do it. I'm designing imaginery brands in my head and how I can best be of service to my clients, especially while I am managing stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue and being a single parent facing 6 weeks with kids at home but still having to work! :( is what it is, not complaining, just stating the facts. I am grateful no matter what. x Hbomb
#CelebratingInspiringWomen ❤❤❤❤❤ You only need a minute with Belinda Lyons @elite_mindset.lc to feel her positive energy and support. She is one very strong and #InspiringMum who I thoroughly admire. I can't speak highly enough of her. Take a look at her page for motivation! Love you Belle ❤❤🙏 Xhbomb
