Day 79 - getting back in to the swing of things after a week off and I’m feeling hungry, determined and got that fire in my belly. Some changes have been made to the diet heading into the last 5 weeks of this prep.

Can’t wait to see what this looks like with a little less body fat .......back in the gym this week after a week off didn’t push too hard but taking things steady and easing myself back in after the injury last week. 5 and half weeks to go LETS DO THIS!!!!! 💪🏽

Day 66 - solid week in the bag and feeling happy with the progress made. Weight has gone up slightly to 89.8kg but the obliques are starting to come through with more definition around my shoulders and abs. Going to stick to 4 x 20 minute cardio sessions a week and drop 100 calories from the plan. 7 weeks to go so still no rush 😁 All in good time.
