Speaking of infusing water... (Refer to last post) πŸ‘†THESE are the type of bottles I use to infuse my favourite fruits into my water! They have a BIG lid so you can EASILY fit ice, water and fruit into it πŸ˜β˜€οΈ They are also 1L so it’s easy to track how much water you are drinking throughout the day!! Citrus infused water πŸ˜πŸ˜β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ I’ve been infusing my water with pink grapefruit, mint and lemon and it’s the BEST thing everrrrrr! I don’t feel bloated and it makes me drink MORE water because I like the taste! Start your day RIGHTβœ… Yes, I’m talking about that FIRST hour of the morning from when you open your eyes, until you need to get in your car for work! Here’s how I start my day. So, I actually take almost 1.5 hours to get ready in the morning .... but let me explain. I get up and go for a 30 minute walk. By the end of that walk I would have had at least 600mls of water. I take my vitamins and get into the shower. My shower is around 10 minutes and then I need get out, dry my hair, get dressed and get ready takes about 25 minutes all up (including shower)! Then I have to cook myself breakfast which takes around 20 mins to cook and eat/clean up ... then look for my keys for 45 minutes (only joking) but seriously I look for my Apple Watch, Air pods, keys and wallet ! ... AND THEN ... I can leave the house. If you just roll out of bed half asleep and think that a coffee is going to start your day right.... you are very wrong πŸ˜‚ Start your day right, take care of your body! www.kaylaitsines.com/app
