I know breakfast is HARD sometimes especially if it looks like this!! I just want to say - if you DON'T feel like eggs or toast you don't HAVE TO eat breakfast food! So - let me explain. The other day I made a greek soup for dinner, put it in containers after we finished eating and then the next morning, Tobi and I had it for breakfast. There is nothing wrong then eating "unconventional food" for breakfast. If you feel like lunch food in the morning then go for it! My biggest tip is not to drink your morning coffee before you eat because it can trick your body into thinking it's "full" when in fact you haven't actually had any food yet!! Have you ever seen such a pretty colour!! Im doing ABS TODAY :D.... I actually refuse to do legs or full body workouts in leggings!! Absolute pool goals!!! On your next holiday make sure you book in some time to do ABSOLUTELY nothing! People may think "yeah? isn't that what holidays are for?"....BUT some people want to see EVERYTHING and go everyywhereee and forget to actually REST. Next holiday or even FREE day that you have, try and do absolutely NOTHING for just a few hours. You deserve it!

HELLO NEW FOLLOWERS!! I have noticed a few comments lately about how much I train! I’ve actually cut down a touch on training because I'm travelling so much and I DO NOT think the people in the plane would appreciate me doing burpees in the aisle haha. The comment that made me giggle was "Do you do anything other than workout all day" hahaha. For the ladies who don't know.... I don't workout as much as you think. I workout 3-4 times per week for 28 minutes ONLY (not including 5 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down) (I'm currently doing the @sweat 12WC using my BBG stronger program) every other day I just walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill! That's it! In saying that, I am on my feet most of the day running around doing other things... but I promise you I don't spend all day everyday working out..... "ain't NO BODY got time for that"
