Great talking with @channingfrye on the importance of continuing the conversation around mental health. Remember, everyone is going through something. (Link to full vid in bio)

1,000 career 3’s tonight. It’s only right the pass came from @kingjames...on a night where he had 17assists/0 turnovers. So many contributions I could mention, but man...great comeback win at the Q. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This one goes out to Grandma Carol, the star of the day. It’s funny how many of you wrote to me and mentioned my Grandma. That made me really happy. This video is a birthday greeting she recorded in 2013 for my 25th birthday. Three months later she passed away. I won't go on forever about my Grandma, but I want to tell you a little about her. Growing up, she lived with us and she was the pillar of our family. She was like another parent to me and my siblings — a woman who had a shrine to each of her grandkids in her room. She was someone with simple values that I admired. When I made the NBA, she was getting older, and I didn’t see her as often as I used to. During my sixth year with the T-Wolves, Grandma Carol made plans to visit me in Minnesota for Thanksgiving. Then right before the trip, she was hospitalized for an issue with her arteries. She had to cancel her trip. Then her condition got worse quickly, and she fell into a coma. A few days later, she was gone. As much as I still miss her, I'll never forget her and recordings like this always make me smile and appreciate her. It’s a good reminder to appreciate the people in our lives, spend quality time with them and tell them how we feel. #love #redlipstickgameonpoint #strongwoman #thisvideoalsomakesmelaugh #proud #mentalhealth #endthestigma #CaroldaGod #putmorephotosinthedamnhouse 💋👵🏼🏡🖼️📝

If you’re reading this and you’re having a hard time, no matter how big or small it seems to you, I want to remind you that you’re not weird or different for sharing what you’re going through. Just the opposite. It could be the most important thing you do. It was for me. (My story in bio.)

As long as I can remember Phil Knight has always been someone I have idolized. Being a fellow Oregonian I always felt pride wearing Nike and representing a brand born in my home state. I remember working on my Nike logo and wanting to pay homage to Oregon. Your memoir Shoe Dog helped me decide to make the centerpiece of my logo the tree. In Oregon “the trees always seem to know, the trees always had your back.“ I have thought of your approval similarly to how you described coach Bowerman’s, very hard to get. The last time we saw eachother was after game seven in the 2016 finals and you greeted me with our common bond. I didn’t run track at the University of Oregon or go there, but I always remember you saying “Men of Oregon take care of their own". With so much respect and admiration I wish you a Happy 80th Birthday Philip “Buck “ Knight, you are the ultimate innovator and someone who has truly inspired my life. Thank you for your “crazy idea."
