Rich, flourless, fudgy 4-ingredient chocolate cake 🍫❤️ One of my all-time favourites. Irresistible with or without the silky milk chocolate ganache ✌🏼👩🏼🍳 Recipe:
200 g dark chocolate, preferably Valrhona Caraïbe 66 % 100 g butter 200 g sugar 4 eggs
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (bain-marie) and remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir until smooth. Transfer batter into a springform pan (18 cm diameter) lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees C. Refrigerate overnight.
